All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, UI design, and underlying software — is the property of Global Tech Operations or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of three (3) years unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

GT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
